Free Vendor Registration

Businesses, nonprofits, health and wellness providers, service organizations and community groups are invited to participate as vendors. Vendor participation is completely free. Participating organizations may host a table, share information about their services and provide candy, giveaways or a family-friendly activity to take home.

Sponsorship is not required to participate as a vendor.

Organizations are encouraged to register early so event organizers can begin planning table placement, electricity needs and other event logistics.

Help Keep Trunk-Or-Treatment Free

Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and organizations interested in supporting the event while increasing their visibility within the community.

Sponsor support helps cover the activities, supplies and outreach that allow Crawford County Mental Health Center to offer Trunk-Or-Treatment free to local families. The 2026 opportunities include exclusive sponsorships for the Costume Contest, Calm & Grounding Zone and Family Guide, along with Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsorship levels.

Exclusive opportunities will be confirmed on a first-committed basis. Sponsorship commitments and logos are requested by Monday, September 21, to guarantee inclusion in promotional materials.
