Crawford County Mental Health Center is excited to implement a new client portal, an application that will integrate the current electronic health record to a patient portal — allowing clients on demand access to their health records and information, consumer forms and paperwork, as well as the ability to schedule appointments, receive appointment reminders, and connect to providers via telehealth services that are hosted on the portal. This new client portal will provide clients the additional tools needed to take a proactive approach to their mental health care in an increasingly technological world.

Are you a current client who would like to be enrolled in the new client portal when it launches? To be enrolled at launch, simply provide your email address to your service provider, a front desk staff member, or use the Contact Us form and let us know you’d like to be enrolled.
