Crawford County Mental Health Center provides quality mental health and substance use services to all, regardless of the ability to pay, and according to a sliding fee scale. Medicare, Medicaid & most health insurances are accepted. 

Client who may have difficulty paying for services are encouraged to fill out a Financial Assistance Application. Individuals can qualify for financial assistance regardless of health insurance status; covered or uninsured. Crawford County Mental Health Center applies presumptive eligibility, which allows clients to qualify for financial assistance while their Financial Assistance Application is being processed. Determination on whether or not a client qualifies for financial assistance is made within seven (7) business days of their submission. Financial assistance is good for one (1) year from the approval date on the application. After one year, clients are required to bring in new documentation and complete a new financial application.
