About

Abbi Phillips joined Crawford County Mental Health Center in October 2023 and has served in multiple roles, including Crisis and Specialized Dual Diagnosis Qualified Mental Health Professional and Outpatient Adult Qualified Mental Health Professional. She brings nearly 15 years of experience in the mental health field, all within community-based settings.

Before joining Crawford County Mental Health Center, Abbi worked for 13 years in Missouri, where she began her career as a community-based case manager. When the Assertive Community Treatment Team was established, she became the team’s dedicated case manager, a role she held for over 11 years. After earning her master’s degree, she advanced to become the Assertive Community Treatment Team Lead and the Assisted Outpatient Treatment Project Director. Throughout her career, Abbi has primarily worked with adults living with severe mental illness.
