“My ‘why’ is giving people hope. I want people to believe their quality of life can improve, and I want to build effective systems and lead compassionate teams that make that possible. About
Bailey Hennen brings experience in medical care, addiction treatment, mental health services and program development to the role of Director of the Crisis Intervention Center.
Bailey began working in behavioral health through summer roles at Four County Mental Health and later gained firsthand experience with addiction and overdose while completing clinical hours as a state-licensed and nationally registered EMT. Work providing medical services, direct support and resource coordination within a county jail inspired a passion for expanding rehabilitative services, particularly for individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness.
Bailey completed an undergraduate practicum at Crawford County Mental Health Center’s Addiction Treatment Center before becoming a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor. After earning a Master of Social Work, Bailey became dually licensed as a Licensed Master Social Worker and Licensed Master Addiction Counselor.
