Bill Howell, MA, LCPC, NBCC

Bill Howell began his career at Burrell Behavioral Health after earning his Master’s degree, providing in-home counseling to children following their discharge from residential treatment. He later became a residential coordinator at one of Burrell’s adolescent facilities, where he served for several years. Afterward, he entered private practice in Missouri before accepting an opportunity to develop and lead the Children’s Department at a mental health facility in Wyoming, a role he held for five years. In April 2020, Bill moved to Kansas and joined Crawford County Mental Health Center, where he continues his work supporting the mental health needs of children and families.
