What is LivingWorks ASIST?
LivingWorks ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) is a two-day, in-person workshop that equips participants with the tools to recognize when someone may be at risk of suicide and how to intervene with a collaborative, personalized safety plan.

What You’ll Learn

Recognize signs that someone may be considering suicide

Provide skilled and compassionate intervention

Create a custom safety plan to reduce immediate risk

Increase confidence and capacity to offer suicide first aid

Understand how personal and cultural attitudes affect support-seeking
Led by two certified LivingWorks trainers, the workshop includes engaging audiovisuals, group discussion, and practice simulations—all in a safe, supportive learning environment.
