Early Head Start offers infants, toddlers, and pregnant women comprehensive services through daily education services, monthly home visits and parent engagement activities. Parents are partners in Early Head Start. Each program provides opportunities for parents to improve their parenting skills, knowledge, and understanding of the educational and developmental needs of their children. Early Head Start also offers parents opportunities for their own growth and support in identifying and meeting goals.

Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an evidence-based approach to establish integrated supported employment to individuals with mental illness or co-occurring disorders.
