Effective April 1st, 2024, Crawford County Mental Health Center has changed its Employer Identification Number (EIN) in our effort to continue providing behavioral health services in an efficient manner within the community and surrounding area. The change of our EIN is purely for administrative purposes. This has no impact to the services offered by the Center or on any of our providers’ ability to serve you as a client, regardless of insurance.
If you receive services from Crawford County Mental Health Center, we want to make sure you are aware of this change in the scenario that you receive any letters from your insurance carrier stating that your provider has left their network. If you receive this message, you may disregard it as our providers are still a part of their network(s) — they are just enrolled under a new Employer Identification Number. Again, this will have no impact on any services provided to you. Please reach out to your direct care provider if you have any questions.
