Mobile Same day access

Crawford County Mental Health Center is committed to providing quality and timely care and services to our community and the surrounding area. Mobile Same Day Access offers readily available mental health and substance use intakes, screenings, and referrals for new patients. Mobile Same Day Access aims to reduce barriers and increase access to services. No appointment is needed to be seen, and walk-ins are always welcome!

Presently, Mobile Same Day Access is available the first Friday of each month from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. in the Northeast High School parking lot. It will also be available the last Friday of each month from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. in front of the Crawford County Courthouse.

What to bring for your visit:

Insurance Card (if applicable)
Driver's License or State ID Card
Medication Lists
Relevant Past Medical Records
Proof of Income (if applying for financial assistance)
Last filed income tax return (if applying for financial assistance)
Proof of Residency (only for Substance Use Treatment evaluations)

Helpful Tips:

Arrive prior to 12:00 p.m. to be seen that day for an intake assessment. It is common for the Same Day Access process to take up to two hours, or more.
You may bring a member of your support system with you to the intake.
Minors must be accompanied a parent or legal guardian.
Only one adult and/or child may be seen for an intake at a time.
Interpreter services are available if needed.
We accept most insurance and offer a sliding fee scale for individuals with limited finanicial resources. We provide services regardless of the ability to pay.
